Applicant Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university outside of Carnegie Mellon.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Permanent resident of Pennsylvania or is a student that is currently enrolled in a PA.
- Undergraduate engineering major who will be entering their junior/senior year during the fall of 2008.
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Job Description
Full-time, paid, 10-week internship position at the Institute for Complex Engineered Systems (ICES) at Carnegie Mellon University. The intern will work directly with faculty and graduate students to research real-world problems within the provided research areas. Interns will be expected to work closely with other undergraduate students to solve problems, attend weekly seminars, meet with advisor on a regular basis, and learn poster preparation and presentation skills. The final requirement for this internship will be a poster presentation which will be presented to the Institute's research community.
