Northrop Grumman Fellows Announced

ICES is pleased to announce that the Northrop Grumman Fellows for 2012-13 are Jason Fox and Wee-Liat Ong, two doctoral students in Mechanical Engineering. Jason is working on "Transient Melt Pool Response in Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing" with Professor Jack Beuth. Wee-Liat is working on "Multiscale Modeling of Nanocrystal Superlattices for Green Energy Devices" with co-advisors Alan McGaughey and Jonathan Malen.
The Northrop Grumman Fellowship provides merit-based awards to doctoral students in the College of Engineering who are conducting multidisciplinary research that is associated with strategic directions within ICES.
