The CIT Staff And Faculty Cookbook is a fundraising project that will benefit the National Pancreas Foundation. This new cookbook will gather favorite recipes from the Carnegie Mellon faculty and staff to share their most beloved dishes – the ones they make at home for family and friends. Our mission is to raise money through the sales of this cookbook and donate it to the National Pancreas Foundation for pancreatic research. All net proceeds from the sale of this cookbook will be sent directly to the NPF. Their mission is to support the research of diseases of the pancreas and to provide information and humanitarian services to those people who are suffering from such illnesses.

How Can You Help? A special thanks to everyone for contributing great recipes! We are assembling the cookbook now. Don't forget to please reserve your copy today!! The cookbook will sell for $10.00 and will be distributed throughout campus locations or we will send you a copy through campus mail. We can only accept cash for the cookbook.
